Basic Military Canvas Backpack

Looking for a very basic and simple military style pack? The kind of pack that is "everything you need, noting you don't"? These packs fit that perfectly. They are actually a modern copy of the Vietnam era Civilian Irregular Defense Group pack. The Army wanted a pack made to provide to the Vietnamese that was ultra simple but very durable, and this is what they came up with.

No zippers or snaps to break, just simple buckles and webbing for all the closures. Simple wide shoulder straps, a main body that is aprox 13"x6"x16", with 3 smaller outside pockets. Attachment points on the top flap for lashing items to it. Made from heavy canvas material. The design is a lot like the famous ALICE pack, but simplified.
