These are tents that got wet during the flood and are discounted. They have been dried and inspected, there may be some dirty spots that need washing mostly from us laying them out to dry outside.
These are brand new wall tents that were made on a contract deal for a big name tent US tent maker and supplier to scout camps. They were made in anticipation of the 2020 camping season and we all know what happened- everything was cancelled that year. Well the manufacturer held on to them hoping that the company would eventually want them, but that never happened. So we came in and made a deal for all of them.
These tents are 10'x12', bigger than the last ones we had, and made of a durable 600 denier polyester fabric that has the PU waterproof coating inside. This makes for a tent that is rugged but much lighter than the canvas. There are 2 windows on each side that open to have a black mesh mosquito net. In the center of the roof near the peak are 2 vents covered by a fly for ventilation. There are front and rear doors that zip open and zip open black mosquito nets on each end. There is no floor as the intent was for use on a wood platform, but we also have a limited number of factory made floor tubs for them here, these give you waterproof floor and are ideal for 4 season use or if you want to use these tents as "glamping" tents where people want floors. A lot of customers have also simply used 12x14 tarps and turned the edges up as floors.
Like the last time we had these we do not have any frames available. These tents were designed to be used either with a manufacturers frame alone or set up long term on a built platform that had the frame integral to it. We do include the dimensions for a frame and also detailed plans on how to build a platform for long term use. This keeps the cost down, especially the shipping cost as the frames would be quite expensive to ship, and allows you to build your own frame that matches your needs.
These tents are 100% factory new in the original box and come with the carry bag.
