Military first aid kit, stocked with contents, and the straps and hardware to strap it inside your vehicle. The straps are original military ones made to hold the first aid kit in a HMMWV. We add the metal footman loops to mount it, you just need to add the screws, bolts or rivets depending on your mounting needs.
Straps are brand new but are military surplus so the metal hardware may have some minor surface rust or patina from storage, it in no way affects the use. The floorman loops and first aid kit are brand new, and the contents of the kit are all fresh and in-date.
